204pub Terms & Conditions – Player Agreement for the Philippine Market

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the 204pub online gaming website accessible at 204pub.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to the casino, sportsbook, bingo, and crash game verticals.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completion of the registration process on 204pub.
• "Real Money Balance" means the total of deposited funds and legitimately earned winnings held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other bonus incentives issued by 204pub to a Player's Account, which are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines, including the licensing of online gaming operators such as 204pub.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by PAGCOR and anti-money laundering regulations before a Player may process withdrawals from the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable laws or 204pub's internal compliance policies.

By accessing or using the 204pub Platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform. 204pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Use of the 204pub Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction in which access to the Platform is lawfully permitted at the time of use.
• You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction, including jurisdictions in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 204pub or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or game suppliers.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or from gaming activities under any self-exclusion scheme or regulatory order.

204pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the Company's satisfaction.

To access real-money gaming services on 204pub, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply:

• Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts for any purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify 204pub immediately of any unauthorized access to your Account or any breach of security of which you become aware.

KYC Identity Verification: In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160, as amended), 204pub requires all Players to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable forms of identification include:

• PhilSys National ID
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• SSS / GSIS ID
• Driver's License (issued by the Land Transportation Office)
• Philippine Passport
• PhilHealth ID
• Voter's ID issued by the COMELEC

All monetary transactions on the 204pub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank online banking. Additional payment channels may be made available from time to time at 204pub's discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately or within the processing time specified for the selected payment method.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 unless otherwise specified for a specific payment method or promotion.
• 204pub does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be voided and returned.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment provider capabilities and account matching requirements.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal will be processed. Accounts with pending or incomplete KYC documentation will have withdrawals held until verification is complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.00. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, with GCash and PayMaya typically processed within one to three hours for verified accounts.
• 204pub reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or from accounts displaying unusual transaction patterns, in accordance with AMLC reporting obligations.
• Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once initiated by 204pub's payment processing team. Players should ensure withdrawal details are accurate before submission.

5.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. 204pub may apply an administrative fee of ₱100 per month to dormant Account balances, following written notice to the registered email address on file, in accordance with the Company's dormant account policy.

204pub offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above who have created a valid Account and comply with these Terms in full.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion and typically range from 25x to 45x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds and Real Money Balance are held separately. Real Money Balance is used first for gaming purposes unless the Player has an active bonus that specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses carry an expiry period, typically seven (7) to thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, as specified in the promotion terms. Unused or unmet bonus funds will be removed from the Account upon expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and specific slots may contribute at a reduced rate or zero toward the wagering requirement. Contribution rates are published in the applicable promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any given time, unless the specific terms of a promotion expressly permit otherwise.
• 204pub reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotion, or adjust the terms of any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected Players where practicable.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to drain wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

Specific rules governing each game type available on the 204pub Platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, crash games, and sports betting — are published within the relevant game or section of the Platform. These general provisions apply across all game types:

• All game outcomes on 204pub are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live casino games, by physical dealing equipment operated by licensed dealers in regulated studios. RNG certification is provided by independent testing laboratories recognized under the PAGCOR framework.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the outcome will be determined based on the last recorded server-side state of the game. Where this is not determinable, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account.
• 204pub reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed using incorrect odds published due to a technical error, or placed in a manner that exploits a manifest pricing error in the sportsbook. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such instances.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. Placing bets outside these limits is not permitted.
• All settled bets are final and cannot be reversed unless a clear technical error is identified and substantiated. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted to the 204pub support team within seven (7) days of the relevant event or game outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 204pub Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC):

• Creating more than one Account for any purpose, including circumventing Account restrictions or accessing multiple welcome bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, theft, or any other illegal enterprise.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human participation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 204pub support immediately. Failure to report and any benefit derived from the error will result in forfeiture and Account closure.
• Any conduct that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime under Philippine law, including Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP obfuscation technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the 204pub Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the proprietary property of 204pub or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purposes of lawful personal entertainment. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any content or functionality of the Platform without the prior written consent of 204pub.

The 204pub name, logo, and brand identifiers are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Republic Act 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 204pub's liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform is subject to the following limitations:

• 204pub shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether 204pub was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 204pub's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
• 204pub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that 204pub provides gaming services for entertainment purposes. 204pub is not responsible for any financial loss suffered through lawful gaming activity on the Platform.

11.1 Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your 204pub Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.2 Closure by 204pub: 204pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against 204pub without valid grounds.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

In cases of closure due to Player breach or fraud, 204pub may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days.

204pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The Platform offers the following tools and resources to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by Players through their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits & Reminders: Players may set session duration limits and enable on-screen reminders of time and money spent during gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion (7 days to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion through the 204pub support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and the provision of gaming services. 204pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage prior to the changes taking effect.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you may close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 204pub is not liable for any failure on the Player's part to stay informed of updates to the Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.1 Complaint Procedure: If you have a complaint regarding the Platform, your Account, or the settlement of any bet, you should first contact the 204pub customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within ten (10) business days.

15.2 PAGCOR Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by 204pub's internal complaints process, you have the right to escalate your complaint to PAGCOR, which maintains regulatory oversight of 204pub's licensing and compliance obligations. 15.3 Jurisdiction: Subject to the above, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through internal complaints procedures shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.4 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15.5 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 204pub with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
